DIVERSION:
Our diversion program provides structured, person-centered support for individuals referred by the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA). By addressing key needs including healthcare access, mental health services, education, and life skills, we promote rehabilitation, community integration, and long-term stability. Our goal is to reduce recidivism, improve quality of life, and ensure each participant receives compassionate, appropriate care in a supportive environment.

Peralta, LLC is proud to offer high-quality Supported Living services in Spokane Valley, Washington. With years of experience providing compassionate care in other states, we are excited to bring our proven approach to empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
Our Spokane Valley program offers:
24/7 individualized support tailored to each person’s goals and needs
Daily living assistance including cooking, hygiene, medication, and transportation
Community engagement through social activities, volunteering, and skill-building
